Alex Tibbott
Senior Pastor
Pastor Alex received his Masters of Divinity and Ph.D in Systematic Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Alex joined the pastoral staff at Riverview in June of 2024. Sara and Alex were married in 2013, and they officially adopted their son, Jonathan, in May of 2024. In his free time, Alex enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Richard Lindstrom
Pastor of Youth and Young Adults
Pastor Richard received his Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2013 after finishing his B.A. in History at Northwestern in 2009. He was pleased to join the pastoral staff at RBC in July 2015 after an internship in teaching the youth that previous school year. Richard married Kayla in 2022 and enjoys the chance to do life with her in everything from gardening & games to service & hospitality. Always active though, his diverse interests also include things like construction, athletics, Hebrew, film, classic literature, and good green grass.
Trent Eisenbacher
Interim Pastor Of Christian Life and Growth
Pastor Trent has a B.A. in Theology from Saint John’s University and some seminary education from Phoenix Seminary. He served as a Pastoral Intern for RBC from September 2022 until he joined the pastoral staff as the Interim Pastor of Christian Life and Growth in October 2023. Trent and Lisa were married in June of 2013 and have five children: three girls and two twin boys. He enjoys reading, swimming, and playing games with his family.
Matt Glewwe
Elder
Matt received his B.A. and master’s degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He and his wife Andrea have their own residential design firm, and Matt does contract work for a local architect and structural engineer. Matt has attended RBC his entire life and recently became an elder in 2024 when RBC changed their governance system. Matt and Andrea were married in August of 2000 and since that time have welcomed 10 children into their home through birth and adoption: 6 girls and 4 boys. If Matt is not at his desk, running someone to an appointment or caring for those in his family with special needs, you will probably find him outside with Andrea working in the gardens, making maple syrup or splitting wood.
Grant Lindh
Elder
Grant received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Bethel University in 2011. He has worked in various roles within research and development for the chemical industry since 2012. Grant and Natalie were married in 2016 and have two daughters. Grant enjoys teaching or training on a variety of subjects as well as continually learning about God's beautiful design of His creation. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family and friends, reading, or enjoying the outdoors.
Samuel Mande
Elder
Samuel began attending Riverview in 2005 after relocating to the United States for work. He holds a master's degree in computer science and engineering from Osmania University in India and is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Cigna. Samuel and his wife, Florence, were married in May 1999 and have two daughters, Blessie and Bettie. In his free time, he enjoys gardening as well as playing and composing music on his guitars and keyboard.
Tim Sheppard
Elder
Tim attended Moody Bible Institute for a degree Elementary Education. He taught for ten years in both private and public schools. He then went back to school to get his master’s degree in counseling from Regis University in Denver. He worked for 5 years in Denver with mainly IDD adults and children. After moving back to MN, he started work at Counseling Care. He has been there three years and enjoys helping individuals, couples, and families find joy and hope. He has been married to Emily for 18 years and they have 5 kids - Gabe, Lucas, Ellie, Theo and Danny. They enjoy homeschooling and camping and being a part of all the happenings at Riverview.
Tim loves to go camping wherever and whenever. He loves to read all types and genres of books, and he loves to pick up any sport that a group is playing at the time. He also enjoys playing board games with friends and family.

Kayla Lindstrom
Office Administrator and Director of Worship
Kayla has been a lifelong attender of Riverview Baptist and was excited to join the staff in 2021 as the Director of Worship and Office Administrator. She graduated from the University of Northwestern with her degree in Music Ministry. You can usually find her listening to music, working in her garden, cooking or baking in her kitchen, or hiking or playing games with her husband, Richard.
